Located on one of Inverloch's most sought after streets, and a stone’s throw away from the popular surf beach and Surf Lifesaving Club, this newly renovated family holiday home is the perfect place for the seaside getaway you’ve been waiting for.

Set back from the road, and surrounded by native vegetation, this house is private and peaceful despite its prime location. Inside features a large open plan kitchen, living and dining area upstairs as well as a separate children's’ play room downstairs. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, including extras such as an Espresso coffee machine, while both the living area and the downstairs children's play room feature comfy couches, flat screen TVs and a DVD player. The living area looks out onto the tops of the native trees at the front of the property. You will also enjoy the benefit of a cosy wood fire place in the living area, making the house perfect for unwinding after a day spent at the beach.

Featuring five bedrooms and three bathrooms, this beautiful property has ample space for both extended family or a group of friends.

Downstairs features a large bedroom with two sets of bunks as well a queen bed in the children’s playroom. These rooms share a bathroom with shower, small bath and separate toilet.

The remaining three bedrooms are located on the upper level, including two with queen beds and the master bedroom with a king bed and its own ensuite and study nook. The upstairs bedrooms all have built in robes. You will also find the main bathroom upstairs, which comes with a shower and separate toilet. All of the bathrooms and the kitchen are newly renovated.

Outside this house continues to impress with its large newly added deck with outdoor setting, gas BBQ and pizza oven, accessible via large double doors from the living area at the front of the house, as well as via the master bedroom. There is also a smaller deck at the rear of the property.

The property also features off street parking for multiple vehicles and an undercover garage to store your boogie boards, surf boards, bikes or even a jet ski. There is also a separate laundry and the property is fully fenced.

At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Inverloch is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time. Combined with all of these natural treasures is the charming ambience of a wonderful coastal village full of cafes, restaurants and boutique retailers.

This properties location is perfect for a beach side holiday. It’s clean and tidy and sleeps 12 with ease. It is functional for all your family needs. It has a homely feel but is in desperate need of some TLC or an update.

AMAZING HOLIDAY HOUSE

The house was amazing and ready to go. So many times we have booked a place with a fire and there is no wood or means to light it. Or a BBQ that isn't suitable for use. The house was beautiful and had very thorough instructions for all of the things that a lot of other places take for granted - how to work the heating, or the hot water. We loved it, would come back again and recommend to our friends & family. Thanks again for all of your help and letting us stay in the property!

Relaxing home away from home

My wife and I along with 3 of my mates and their wifes and kids stayed over the labor day long weekend. It definitely felt a like a home away from home. It was very relaxing and warm. Shangri-la is close to everything, shops, beach, freeway. Would definitely stay here again in future.

We chose Shangri-La because of its location next to the surf beach, and it's cosy retro look. But it offered so much more. It has a fabulously appointed kitchen, really comfy beds, and the living areas were perfect for 6 of us hanging out. We felt we were staying at a friend's house, not a rental. Loved the original features throughout the house, which is immaculate, and the modern furnishings compliment the laid-back and comfortable atmosphere. We can't wait to come back!
