As you drive up towards the house, you will find the property surrounded by native trees that provide privacy and help create the sanctuary that the holiday home truly is. Park your car in the secure garage and then enter into a grand foyer that provides glimpses of the ocean views visible at the other end of the property. To the left there is a large living room with multiple seating options as well as a small TV room with a comfy couch and large, flat screen TV. On the opposite side of the front of the property, there is a downstairs bedroom with a double bed as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Walk through to the rear of the property and find a light open-plan kitchen/dining/lounge area with glass windows along the whole back wall providing glorious views of the ocean. To the right there is a spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances including an oven, gas cooktop and dishwasher as well as a large walk in pantry with access to the laundry. Across from the kitchen is another living area with multiple couches and views of the pool so you can watch the kids play whilst relaxing in style. The dining area is the centre and can seat up to eight people.
Upstairs, the expansive master suite provides more awe-inspiring views on the ocean with a seating are providing the perfect place to relax with a wine and watch the sunset.
