Entering through the magnificent double front door, the ground level of this property features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen/dining room and two lounge rooms. Both bedrooms downstairs feature queen beds, while the main bathroom has a shower, toilet and a bath. A second shower and toilet can be found downstairs in the laundry.
The living space is where this property really shines. The open plan kitchen/lounge features a double oven, large gas cooktop as well as a walk in pantry. This flows brilliantly into the dining area, of which the centre-piece is a two-way wood fireplace. On the other side of this fireplace you will find the first of two living rooms, both with multiple comfy and flat screen TVs. The second lounge room leads out onto the rear deck, which can also be accessed from the kitchen. Here you will find a built in gas BBQ and handmade outdoor table with numerous chairs.
Upstairs, there are a further two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and is semi-ensuite to the upstairs bathroom, which has a shower and toilet. There are two king single beds in the second upstairs bedroom as well as access to a roof deck with views of the ocean.
At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Inverloch is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time. Combined with all of these natural treasures is the charming ambience of a wonderful coastal village full of cafes, restaurants and boutique retailers.
