As you enter the property you will discover all your essential needs in the one place, downstairs you will find a powder room in the hallway which extends out into a generously open communal living space, perfect for family meals and gathering's with friends. The living area opens up to a furnished outdoor BBQ area that allows a perfect place for an outdoor meal in the sunshine, or to simply kick back and enjoy the outdoors with a nice book in hand.
As you enter the upper level you'll find a small lounge area tucked away from the action that you can simply enjoy and watch a movie. The four bedrooms are all located in the peace and quiet of upstairs away from the open living space downstairs. The master suite is located at the top of the stairwell and contains it's own bathroom, whilst the remaining three bedrooms are situated around a separate communal bathroom space.
At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Inverloch is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time. Combined with all these natural treasures is the charming ambience of a wonderful coastal village full of cafes, restaurants and boutique retailers.
