Located directly across from the Inverloch Surf Beach, this spacious and delightfully renovated house is light filled and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and open plan living/dining/kitchen area with beautiful wooden floors and lovely views of the trees. The main bedroom features a queen sized bed with an ensuite, a large walk in wardrobe and a reverse cycle air conditioner. The second bedroom features 2 x tri bunks, a reverse cycle air-conditioner and has a small selection of board games and things for the kids to be entertained. Stairs lead up to the 3rd bedroom in the loft which features a tv and closet.

The open living area contains a flat screen TV with an inbuilt DVD player and a cozy wood fire to enjoy in those rugged coastal winter months.

The living and dining area opens out onto a bright sunny deck with an outdoor setting and BBQ, perfect for your summer night feasts. The well-appointed kitchen features a dishwasher and a microwave and has all that you need to keep your family and friends fed and hydrated after a big day at the beach!

The backyard is fully fenced and has enough space for your children to run around!
