The Esplanade 4 offers an exceptional option for a family to enjoy a holiday close to the town and close to the beach with added benefits that are hard to beat. With ample space for up to 6 adults and 2 children, The Esplanade 4 has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious living and dining area complete with an enclosed wood heater. When the weather is hot, enjoy the use of the complex's swimming pool, or walk across the road for a swim in the ocean. The calm water of Anderson's Inlet is across the road and directly through The Glade.
When there is live music in The Glade, you can sit on the balcony or in the private front yard to enjoy the music without having to leave home. Noise reduction window coverings ensure that being in the heart of town won't come with any compromise in peace and quiet.
Being in the heart of town, you can leave the car behind and walk to the shops, cafes and restaurants and enjoy all that Inverloch has to offer.
The living areas downstairs include a spacious lounge with two comfortable couches, enclosed wood heater and reverse cycle air conditioner, a dining table with seating for six and full kitchen complete with standard cooking appliances, dishwasher and coffee maker. Off the kitchen is the laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer, a separate powder room and access to the back courtyard and communal swimming pool.
Walk upstairs to a central landing. Two bedrooms face the front of the property, both with access to the front balcony, and a third bedroom faces the back of the property. The master bedroom at the front of the building includes an ensuite and access to the balcony. The central landing also leads to the main bathroom and also to the sun-drenched balcony that allows glimpses of the pool.
At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Inverloch is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time. Combined with all of these natural treasures is the charming ambience of a wonderful coastal village full of cafes, restaurants and boutique retailers.

The house itself was well equipped, clean , however the beds were quite uncomfortable. Foxtel has most channels, except the movies and extras. The location is the best selling point as it is right in the centre of town!

Hocky - 14th December 2015Located 2 minutes walk into town and close to beach. Place is clean inside but outside needs a bit of 'cleaning'. Plenty of space for a family of 4, well equipped kitchen and nice bathrooms (x2). Minor and easily fixed. a) No hair dryer b) No soap tray in Master bathroom. Overall, very good.
