One bedroom offers a queen bed, while the other has a tri bunk, and both include built in robes. The bathroom includes a shower and a separate toilet. The lounge is perfect for relaxing, with multiple comfy seating options, a large curved-screen TV and a wood fireplace. Stay connected with high speed, unlimited Wi-Fi and various streaming options for your enjoyment. Board games are also available for extra family fun.
Upstairs, the spacious open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area provides the perfect gathering space. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and sandwich press. Heating is provided by a wall mounted reverse cycle split system. Gather around the large dining table, which seats 8 (plus a portable high chair for little ones) or relax on the upstairs lounge’s comfy couch in front of a flat screen TV.
Two more bedrooms and a bathroom are located upstairs. One bedroom features a queen bed, while the other has a single bed and a single trundle, both with built in robes. The bathroom offers a shower/bath combo and a toilet. The laundry area, equipped with a washer and dryer is also available for added convenience. Outside, enjoy the large upstairs deck with an outdoor dining set and gas BBQ. The fully fenced yard, filled with native trees, is perfect for kids to explore and an outdoor shower adds convenience after outdoor fun. The property borders a tranquil reserve, providing privacy and a peaceful setting.

Wonderfully presented. Host thought of everything!
Megan - 8th April 2021The property was spotlessly clean and wonderfully presented. The host thought of everything, from essential grocery items in the pantry, to board games, to kids toys (we loved the wooden train set!) and the very important baby gate for the top of the stairs. The only reason we didn't rate 5 stars is because the mattresses on both the queen beds were quite hard and rather uncomfortable after a 4 night stay. Also, some of the windows weren't able to be closed properly. That wouldn't stop us from coming back for a weekend stay though!
Peaceful and Relaxing
Christine - 19th March 2021FloridaTrees is in a great location - easy walk to the beach as well as to the town. The house is beautifully appointed and decorated with lots of little extra touches such as special teas and coffee pods, and a well equipped kitchen. The outside deck is amazing - so peaceful and surrounded by greenery - a great area to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

PZ - 17th February 2020Florida Trees was a great place to bring my family for our long weekend. The home very well equipped, attractive, clean, highly organised as to facilities in the house and available outings. The owners have a real understanding of the needs of their guests and/or families for a relaxing holiday. It was a home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would come back again! Thank you.
