Damien Garner - 4th July 2022Very happy with the property and are stay at plam waters will come again only a couple of this to point out was the toaster was broken and the blinds in the bedroom where a bit worn out but was a great place to stay happy for are next trip to palm water.

The provision of mattress toppers was most thoughtful as often the mattresses in holiday rentals are not so comfortable, so thank you! In addition the provision of hand soap and cleaning products was most thoughtful of the owners to provide also. The games room set up meant our family enjoyed fun together which was lovely. Lastly but not least, the location to beach is amazing! Thank you😊
Great location
Rachel - 30th June 2021Great little spot for a short break. Kitchen well stocked and plenty of games and activities for the kids. Beds could use new mattresses and a coffee machine would be a welcome addition. Floors could do with a good mop, otherwise perfect for a place to eat and sleep after busy days exploring.
Quiet oasis close to the beach and town

Perfect location near inlet beach
Lynn - 3rd January 2021House was great had all we needed in kitchen was clean when we arrived . Down side was outdoor area was not clean at All and need some serious attention, we had to clean it up before we could use it . The bbq was rusty and no gas . The agent did come when we complained to clean bbq as best he could . New bbq needed . Bed in main bedroom was not very comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay .

Good location, needs repairs
Larissa - 30th September 2020We stayed here for 2 nights and I’m pleased we didn’t book longer. Couldn’t close lounge room blinds, kitchen draws falling apart and windows dirty from previous visitors dogs. The out side garden is messy and needs maintenance. The cupboards in kitchen are FULL of stuff, feels like your in someone’s house! It was a quiet area and walking distance to everything! It would have been perfect if not for the above mentioned!! If it was cheap I would overlook the repairs but it’s not!
Nice place, great spot but cleaning must improve
L - 4th February 2019Nice and close to the beach, everything there you need, (incl many great games!-Thanks!!). Just cleaning needs to improve a fair bit: we found old water bottle and undies under our beds(!), and a fair amount of dust around, too. New dish brush would be good, and clean tooth brush holder.
Weekender
Ellebell - 2nd July 2018My husband, daughter and myself stayed here for a weekend with our dog. Fairly neat on the inside, but looking a bit tired and rundown on the outside. Beds fairly comfortable, great location near the inlet and a short walk into the shops.
