Each room has its own unique style and includes built in storage. This area is serviced by a separate toilet and a full bathroom, complete with shower, vanity and a full-sized bathtub, ideal for unwinding in comfort.
Upstairs, a spacious multipurpose area opens onto a generous wraparound deck. With the sliding doors open and the sounds of birdlife drifting through, this is the perfect spot for family board games, a cosy lounge session or simply enjoying a quiet read. The modern and well equipped kitchen includes electric cooking, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and a coffee machine. A breakfast bar for two complements the large dining table, which comfortably seats eight, making it easy to share meals and conversation.
At the heart of the open plan living space is a striking white, freestanding wood heater. Centrally positioned between the dining and lounge areas, it creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. A wall mounted split system ensures year round comfort, so entertaining is always a pleasure. The master suite, also upstairs, boasts a King size bed, walk-in robe and private ensuite with shower and toilet. A large sliding glass door leads directly to a secluded corner of the deck, where two hanging egg chairs await, the perfect spot to relax in total luxury. Open the gates and drive down the driveway to the parking area, which has space for up to three cars, including one covered parking spot.
At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Inverloch is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time. Combined with all of these natural treasures is the charming ambience of a wonderful coastal village full of cafes, restaurants and boutique retailers.
