Upstairs, you’ll find the expansive master suite with its own private balcony, a luxurious ensuite complete with a deep soaking bath, shower and toilet, plus a welcoming open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. A dedicated study and free high speed Wi-Fi makes it easy to work or stay connected while you’re away. Downstairs, three additional bedrooms all with ceiling fans and built in robes are complemented by two stylish bathrooms. The second living area flows effortlessly onto two decked outdoor spaces, each with seating and one featuring a BBQ. A separate games shed is ready and waiting, fully stocked with a pool table, air hockey, table tennis and darts, guaranteeing fun for all ages.
Need an extra bedroom to make it five? No problem! The Little Gem - On the ground level, you’ll find a beautifully appointed self contained studio apartment, perfect for grandparents or a couple wanting extra privacy. Inside, there’s an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area with beautiful floorboards throughout. The Queen sized bedroom leads to a spacious bathroom featuring a bath, shower and washing machine. Perfect place for a family getaway
hayley mcgill - 8th August 2022Decided to take the kids away for a mini holiday and saw melandy online & the from the pictures it looked amazing and seemed like it would be the perfect place to bring the kids and keep them entertained. Honestly the pictures don't do it enough justice it's absolutely stunning had plenty of space for 2 families and the games room was a winner so we're all the games in the cupboard that they had already planning on staying here again soon & have already recommended it to other friends

Perfect Holiday House for our family
DLB26 - 1st March 2021We stayed for 3 nights, extended family - age range 29 through to 88. The house has everything you might need and has a great layout so everyone has some privacy, 2 living areas, games room in the backyard, two outside sitting areas. The location is private and quiet - it's a fair walk into town but short journey in the car. The athletic members of the family walked into town along the beach. We'll rent this house again, it was just so relaxing and comfortable. Also, very reasonably priced when you consider the quality of the property and how many the house could potentially sleep (there are trundle beds in the kids room) There's even a unit on ground level that is available for an additional charge. Highly recommended...we'll rent this house again, this time for 7 nights!

Perfect for two families
General123 - 10th January 2018This home is perfect for two families. The layout allows everyone to have some space but to come together as well. The property is very well equipped, although a clothes horse would be helpful for drying and airing clothes. We had a fabulous stay here over Dec/Jan and would highly recommend this property. The welcome basket was a lovely and very friendly touch. Would absolutely stay again.
