The unit is attached to the owners’ main residence; however, guests enjoy their own private access via a separate side gate at the front of the property, ensuring privacy and independence throughout their stay.
Sleeping up to four guests, the home features two queen-sized bedrooms, creating a welcoming space to unwind after a day of exploring the coast. Please note that linen is not included.
The light filled open plan living area has been thoughtfully designed to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The property features a kitchenette equipped with a single portable induction cooktop, half dishwasher, mini fridge, and microwave, along with essential cooking items and a complimentary tea and coffee station. The combined dining and living area flows seamlessly onto a private patio and fully enclosed yard, providing the perfect setting for morning coffee or relaxing in the fresh coastal air.

Parking is easy, with one dedicated car space located directly in front of the unit, as well as additional street parking available if required.
