Or if B.B.Qs are more your style there is an amazing outdoor entertaining area with gas B.B.Q and outdoor furniture, separated only by a glass door from the kitchen, this outdoor area looks out onto a lawn area and oversees the garage which has cleverly been converted into a games retreat featuring foosball, table tennis and Sony play station!

Reverse cycle heating and cooling, a pool table, outdoor hot and cold shower for after swimming, fully secure yard and ample parking finish off this property and to top it off, you can even bring the family pet by arrangement.
