Beautifully appointed, it features tasteful decor and polished floor boards throughout the main living spaces. The light open plan living and dining area flows off the kitchen which features is fully-equipped for those who wish to whip up a feast. With a dishwasher and an Aldi coffee pod coffee machine for those who cant resist their morning or afternoon brew.

The living area comprises of very comfortable seating, a large screen television with D.V.D player, a reverse cycle air conditioner can be enjoyed for those hot summer days and a wood fire place for those cosy winter days and nights.

The property features four sumptuous sized bedrooms. Two bedrooms comprise of queen size beds one which also has a single bed with trundle and both have access to the upstairs balcony to take advantage of the ocean breeze. Downstairs features a queen size bedroom. In the secure external 'kids retreat' you will find a 4th bedroom with a bunk bed and a kids playroom following off the bedroom. The kids playroom features a couple of comfy couches, a flat screen television, a table tennis table and many board games for a bit of family fun and bonding!

The large fully enclosed backyard is the perfect spot for your fury friends to holiday with you. Although not allowed inside the property, they will have plenty of space to run and play with the kids. The double carport has enough space for your car and boat and there is a fish filleting sink at the back of the property after a day on the water catching dinner!
