Summary
Description
Set back on the block and surrounded by native vegetation, this private holiday home is a sanctuary by the sea.
Stepping in the front door, you will find a well sized lounge room off to the right, with a raised ceiling helping the room to feel bright and inviting. The room is furnished with multiple comfy couches, as well as TV and DVD player, perfect for a family movie night. Leading on from the lounge is the kitchen and dining room, with two seating areas providing plenty of room to socialise while you cook up a storm.
At the opposite end of the house you will find all three bedrooms as well as the main bathroom off of a central hallway. Of the three bedrooms, the main comes with a queen bed and a beautiful bay window, while the second comes with three single beds and the third has a double bed. The bathroom has a generous, double shower as well as a bath and separate toilet.
Outside, large carport provides a safe place to park your car while the back yard provides many places for the kids to explore. There is also a small undercover porch at the rear that provides access to the kitchen and also comes with a gas BBQ.
At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Inverloch is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time. Authentic Aussie Beach House
Christine Adams - 12th February 2023Great holiday home. Super clean. Everything provided for an easy stay, crockery, BBQ, plenty of indoor & outdoor seating. Linen as advised - Easy, reasonable cost, presented in neat bundles, great! Would definitely use linen service again. Retro style home - Spacious & airy. Easy to lounge in, good appliances, dishwasher a nice surprise. Very comfy beds! Great location - Walkable to shops & inlet beach.
Shady home on a quiet street
Judith Klarenbeek - 12th February 2022Lovely open home spotlessly clean and well equipped.
Humble and homely
Jess - 9th December 2020This property is a perfect beachside getaway if you like to feel at home away from home. Set amongst beautiful green gardens, it has everything you could need to cook, a huge cupboard full of dvds and games, bay windows everywhere overlooking the lush Aussie garden, and a very cool double shower! The perfect place to come relax and have a bbq dinner and listen to the native birds after a day of surfing!
Perfect place to relax
Sharon - 24th September 2019Great quiet location within walking distance to the beach and shops. Comfortable family house with everything you need to relax. The bush setting is so lovely and this is the second time I have stayed here. The only negative is the main queen bed, needs updating as mattress not the best and the bedhead needs to be attached. Other than that loved it.
Good value for money
Deepak - 23rd April 2019It’s a large house with 3 bedrooms, 1 toilet and 1 bathroom, living area, dining area and another small dining area, laundry with a washing machine. The kitchen was well stocked with dishwasher, toaster, fridge, microwave, kettle, plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking pots. One bedroom with queen bed, one bedroom with double bed and last bedroom with three single beds (not the most comfortable, it’s quite worn out)
Serene and tranquil...
Lynnr - 3rd October 2018A place of peace! We were very much in need of a little sanctuary and we found it at Beechwood. Awoken to the sound of a cacophony of all types of birds; Rosella's, butcher birds, wattle birds, magpies and little wrens whilst being lulled to sleep by the distant crash of the Ocean. Beechwood has it all. Very well appointed and shabby chic in nature so we felt at home straight away. We loved the consideration for the local natural environment which we felt enveloped by and just completely got the rest we needed. I was impressed also with how easy it was to clean out and leave as we had found it. Retro cork tiles that just keep going, lovely coffee plunger just like the one at home, board games, books and ol faces like A Knights Tale to curl up to on the very well loved sofas! Thank you so much to the owners...we hope to be back!
