Description

Contemporary on Evergreen is a thoughtfully designed one bedroom holiday home offering comfort, style, and a relaxed coastal atmosphere in Inverloch.
The property accommodates up to four guests and is well suited to couples, small families, and pet owners. The bedroom features a queen bed, storage, and an ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet, and vanity. The ensuite is accessed through the bedroom and does not have a door. A separate powder room is centrally located off the hallway.

The home includes a modern kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine, gas fireplace, smart TV with wired connection, Blu-ray player, board games, workspace, and a french style laundry with washing machine and dryer. Two fenced outdoor areas are provided on a shared block. The front fenced area includes the shared driveway and parking spaces.

A large fenced rear yard is also available and offers a more suitable area for pets away from vehicle access. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water is located directly outside the back door of the accommodation. It is screened for privacy from the road and neighbouring properties and is for guest use only.

Baby equipment is available on request prior to arrival.
