The master bedroom is positioned at the front of the home and features its own private ensuite, while the remaining bedrooms are located toward the rear. Each bedroom includes built in wardrobes and coat hangers, providing plenty of convenient storage for longer summer stays. For both adults and kids alike, there is a dedicated games lounge at the front of the home, providing the perfect space to relax and have some fun. Complete with a pool table, foosball table and TV, it’s a great spot for some friendly competition or time away from the main living areas.
At the heart of the home is the spacious open plan kitchen, dining and second living area. Centrally positioned within the property, this inviting space is designed for everyone to come together, whether you’re enjoying a meal, sharing a conversation or simply relaxing after a day at the beach. A fully equipped laundry with a washing machine and dryer provides added convenience, particularly for longer stays. Families travelling with young children are also well catered for, with a porta cot and high chair provided.
Outside, the fully fenced backyard offers plenty of space for children to play, with room for a game of backyard cricket. Adults can relax in the alfresco dining area, complete with a gas BBQ and ample seating for outdoor meals and entertaining. After a day at the beach, rinse off under the outdoor shower before settling in for a relaxing evening.
