Three bedrooms sit just off the main hallway, including the master, which features a queen bed, wall-mounted TV, ceiling fan, and a private ensuite. The additional bedrooms include one with a double bed and another with two sets of single bunk beds—ideal for kids or larger groups. The fourth bedroom, located off the dining area, also offers a double bed. The main bathroom, positioned off the hallway, includes a shower and toilet for added convenience.
In addition to the front deck, guests can enjoy a second undercover deck at the rear of the property, complete with an outdoor setting and a gas BBQ - perfect for relaxed outdoor dining. The backyard also features a lovely grassed area and a convenient outdoor shower, ideal after a day at the beach. For parking, a double carport located beneath the house offers secure space for your vehicle, or even the boat
