Description

The Beach Front Townhouse, located in undeniably one of Inverloch's best locations, the furthest you will have to drive is across the road to launch your boat or jetski. With only a short stroll to the shops and resturants but far enough from the action to be able to relax in the private backyard.

Downstairs you will find 2 of 3 bedrooms with ceiling fans, master with wall mounted TV and WIR leading into the semi ensuite. Upstairs you will find an open plan living/kitchen area with a reverse cycle and the kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, microwave, gas cooking and pod coffee machine. The third bedroom is located off the lounge with a ceiling fan and bathroom off the dining., it sleeps 6 comfortably which makes it ideal for get away with some friends or family. The laundry facilities include a front loading washing machine and clothes dryer which is also located downstairs with access to the ensuite.

The two outdoor veranda's face north and south providing options to soak up and enjoy sun on a cool day or a cool breeze on a hot day.

Wanting to bring a small boat or jetski? Not a problem, as this property has an approximate 2.4m wide side gate allowing you to park the trailer on the grassed area of the backyard. The backyard is designed perfectly with cosy seating area with fire pit, shade cloths over grassed area to keep you from the sun, outside shower to rinse off after your day at the beach and picnic table.
