Florida Tree's Surf Side
Upon walking in the front door, you will find a lovely entrance area with space to hang your coat and kick off your shoes. Off this central hallway, the ground floor consists of two bedrooms as well as a bathroom and loungeroom. Of the bedrooms, one has a queen bed while the other has a tri-bunk. Both bedrooms come with built in robes. The downstairs bathroom has a shower and separate toilet, while the lounge has multiple comfy seating options as well as a large curved screen TV and a wonderful wood fireplace. This house is also equipped with high speed, unlimited free Wi-Fi and Apple Tv with Chromecast available for streaming off guest own accounts. Board games are also available.
Upstairs, a large, open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area provides a perfect space for everyone to gather together. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and induction cooktop, as well as additional appliances such as a microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine and sandwich press. Heating upstairs comes from a reverse cycle air conditioner. You will be able to all enjoy a meal together at the large dining table, which has room to sit 8 people. A portable feeding chair is available should you have little ones. At the other end of the room, the second lounge area features a large comfy couch as well as a flat screen Tv.
The additional two bedrooms and bathroom can also be found on the upper floor. One bedroom features a queen bed while the other has a single bed and a single trundle. Both bedrooms have built in robes. The upstairs bathroom has a shower/bath combo as well as a toilet.
Outside, this property continues to shine with a large, upstairs deck area with outdoor setting and gas Bbq. There is also a fully fenced yard filled with native trees for the kids to explore as well as an outdoor shower. The property borders on a reserve which adds to the private and tranquil setting.

With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time. Wonderfully presented. Host thought of everything!
Megan - 8th April 2021The property was spotlessly clean and wonderfully presented. The host thought of everything, from essential grocery items in the pantry, to board games, to kids toys (we loved the wooden train set!) and the very important baby gate for the top of the stairs. The only reason we didn't rate 5 stars is because the mattresses on both the queen beds were quite hard and rather uncomfortable after a 4 night stay. Also, some of the windows weren't able to be closed properly. That wouldn't stop us from coming back for a weekend stay though!
Peaceful and Relaxing
Christine - 19th March 2021FloridaTrees is in a great location - easy walk to the beach as well as to the town. The house is beautifully appointed and decorated with lots of little extra touches such as special teas and coffee pods, and a well equipped kitchen. The outside deck is amazing - so peaceful and surrounded by greenery - a great area to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The home very well equipped, attractive, clean, highly organised as to facilities in the house and available outings. The owners have a real understanding of the needs of their guests and/or families for a relaxing holiday. It was a home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would come back again! Thank you.
