Welcome to your home away from home! This spacious two-storey property is ideal for families, with plenty of room to spread out and relax.
On the ground floor, you’ll find two bedrooms, a bathroom and a cosy lounge. The first bedroom has a queen bed, while the second features a tri-bunk, with both rooms offering built-in robes.
The comfortable downstairs lounge is perfect for winding down after a day at the beach, with plenty of seating, a large curved-screen TV and a wood fireplace. You’ll also have high-speed, unlimited Wi-Fi, streaming options and a selection of board games to keep everyone entertained.
Upstairs is the heart of the home, with a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven, induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and sandwich press. The dining table seats eight, with a portable high chair available for little ones.
The upstairs lounge offers a comfortable space to relax in front of the flat-screen TV, while the reverse-cycle split system keeps the area comfortable year-round.
There are two additional bedrooms upstairs. One has a queen bed, while the other has a single bed and single trundle. Both bedrooms have built-in robes. The upstairs bathroom includes a shower/bath combination and toilet, and there is also a laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Step outside onto the large upstairs deck, where you can enjoy outdoor meals, fire up the gas BBQ and take in the peaceful surroundings. The fully fenced backyard is surrounded by native trees and offers plenty of space for the kids to play, while the outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
Backing onto a tranquil reserve, the property offers a lovely sense of privacy and a peaceful setting, while still being a great base for enjoying everything the coast has to offer.

Wonderfully presented. Host thought of everything!
Megan - 8th April 2021The property was spotlessly clean and wonderfully presented. The host thought of everything, from essential grocery items in the pantry, to board games, to kids toys (we loved the wooden train set!) and the very important baby gate for the top of the stairs. The only reason we didn't rate 5 stars is because the mattresses on both the queen beds were quite hard and rather uncomfortable after a 4 night stay. Also, some of the windows weren't able to be closed properly. That wouldn't stop us from coming back for a weekend stay though!
Peaceful and Relaxing
Christine - 19th March 2021FloridaTrees is in a great location - easy walk to the beach as well as to the town. The house is beautifully appointed and decorated with lots of little extra touches such as special teas and coffee pods, and a well equipped kitchen. The outside deck is amazing - so peaceful and surrounded by greenery - a great area to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The home very well equipped, attractive, clean, highly organised as to facilities in the house and available outings. The owners have a real understanding of the needs of their guests and/or families for a relaxing holiday. It was a home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would come back again! Thank you.
