The property features four bedrooms, all located on the lower level and a bright loft on the upper level, which has a fold out sofa bed, study nook, TV with Bluray player and a balcony looking out onto the back yard. Open up the doors and let the fresh sea breeze through whilst you relax with a book, board game or cup of tea. Flying Colours has a modern inspired interior with fresh contemporary furnishings and mod cons throughout that evokes a casual and cool relaxed vibe.

The house is spacious and superbly appointed. It has a large light filled open plan living and dining area on the lower level which includes comfortable lounge seating, a flat screen television & Bluray player, a stereo and a reverse cycle air conditioner for those warm summer months or cooler seaside winter months. The open plan living area flows onto the large outdoor paved entertaining area and a grassed rear yard creating a very relaxing space to entertain let the kids play and enjoy your stay.

The superbly appointed large kitchen has quality appliances including a microwave and the cupboards are fully stocked with crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. The laundry conveniently features a modern washer and drier and multiple cleaning products for your use.

As an added bonus, the house has a double garage, ideal to park your cars, boat, jet skis, or kayaks, or a place to store your surfboards, boogie boards and toys after a day at the beach.
