Entering the property, you’ll be greeted with a soft coastal aura, polished hardwood floorboards and comfortable stylish furniture, combined with some special coastal touches to make this a very attractive home away from home.
The spacious open plan living, and dining area is completed with a beautifully lit room and a kitchen that includes all essential appliances and utilities to make your stay comfortable. Including a refrigerator, gas cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and TV in the lounge area.

You’ll find the laundry on the ground floor, where you can then step through the back door to the outside area; here you will discover a private courtyard located at the front of the premises; where you can enjoy the sunshine in your own private space detached from the main living, this includes an outdoor decking, seating/dining table and a BBQ.

Downstairs you will locate the luxurious master bedroom presented with an ensuite and queen bed. Making your way upstairs, you will find the main bathroom and two spacious bedrooms also containing queen beds. You will find that the bedroom on your right opens to a beautiful deck; the perfect space to escape and enjoy the afternoon sunshine and inlet views. All bedrooms include linen, reverse split systems, and ceiling fans.
