To the left, the cosy lounge invites you to relax with a coonara fireplace, reverse cycle air conditioning, multiple sofas, a flat screen TV with Netflix access, a sound bar and a DVD player complete with a small movie library.
Across the room, the modern kitchen features an inbuilt pantry, dishwasher, breakfast bar seating for four and quality appliances including a four slice toaster, microwave and sandwich press. The adjoining dining area offers an extendable table seating up to eight, perfect for shared meals and family gatherings. From this central living area, a hallway leads to three bedrooms and the main bathroom, which has been stylishly renovated and includes a bath, shower and toilet. There’s also a separate laundry with a washing machine for added convenience.
At the end of the hallway, the main bedroom boasts a queen bed, flat screen TV, air conditioning, walk in wardrobe and a freshly updated ensuite. Two further bedrooms offer a queen bed and a tri-bunk respectively, with a portacot and high chair available for young guests. The backyard is easily accessed from both the dining area and laundry, opening to a covered deck with an outdoor dining setting, gas BBQ and outdoor shower, ideal after a beach day. The fully fenced yard also includes a spacious turfed area, perfect for kids to play safely.

Modern touches
Sharon88 - 2nd December 2018Great decor. New ensuite to master bedroom was more than you could ask for. Great overall space with 3 bedrooms that can be shut off from the TV room - no noise carries through to bedrooms which is great for little ones and day time naps. Sizeable secure backyard with a newly installed outdoor shower - perfect post beach outing. Found it easier to drive to shops and beach with young kids but both within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.
