Description
Spend the day at the beach and then take the ten minute stroll back to the comfort of this quintessential holiday home, brimming with features both inside and out.
A lovely front porch welcomes you to the front door and inside to a newly renovated open plan kitchen and dining/lounge room. To the left, the lounge comes with coonara fireplace, reverse cycle air-conditioner, multiple couches, a flat screen TV with access to Netflix, a sound bar and DVD player with a small movie library. Across the room, the kitchen has an inbuilt pantry, dishwasher, a breakfast bar with seating for four as well as appliances such as a 4 slice toaster, microwave and sandwich press, while the dining area has an extendable table with seating for eight.
Coming off of this open plan space is a central hallway that leads to all three bedrooms as well as the newly renovated family bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet and a separate laundry with a washing machine. The main bedroom, located at the very end of the hallway, features a queen sized bed, flat screen TV, air-conditioner, walk-in wardrobe and a newly renovated ensuite. On the other side of the hallway, the further two bedrooms come with a queen bed and a tri-bunk respectively. A portacot and high chair are available.
The backyard can be accessed off of both the dining area and the laundry and features an undercover deck with outdoor setting/dining, gas BBQ and outdoor shower. As well as the deck, the rest of the backyard comes fully fenced and features a generous turfed area, perfect for the children to play.
At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Inverloch is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time. Combined with all of these natural treasures is the charming ambience of a wonderful coastal village full of cafes, restaurants and boutique retailers.

Sharon88 - 2nd December 2018Great decor. New ensuite to master bedroom was more than you could ask for. Great overall space with 3 bedrooms that can be shut off from the TV room - no noise carries through to bedrooms which is great for little ones and day time naps. Sizeable secure backyard with a newly installed outdoor shower - perfect post beach outing. Found it easier to drive to shops and beach with young kids but both within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.
