Great space

We had a great weekend. Property was very clean and well equipped. Close to beach and short drive into town. Only downside was air con was upstairs only. All bedrooms are downstairs and we had two days of mid 30s meaning bedrooms were very hot for sleeping.

Spacious, comfortable, lovely house in excellent location for beaches and town. Welcome pack and games etc much appreciated. Sofa bed extremely uncomfortable and poor for sleeping so only suitable for children or adults who done care about comfort (should be replaced though if to be included in bed numbers, at the price of this property). Portable fans for hot nights in bedrooms would be a great addition. Otherwise perfect. Loved the BBQ on the front deck. Quiet and peaceful due to position at rear of property, even though on busy road.
