Offering comfort year round each of the 4 upstairs bedrooms are equipped with a ceiling fan and heater, whilst the upstairs living area is serviced by a split system air conditioner, ceiling fans and for the cooler weather a wood heater. Is there anything better than enjoying a cool day or night than sitting in absolute comfort with a glass of local Gippsland red whilst Binge watching your favourite show or absorbed by your current book? The rumpass room downstairs is serviced by a split system.
You will not be disappointed by the well equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing and hosting a long sunny afternoon with friends or family on the deck. There is also an extra fold down bed "hidden in the wall" of the rumpus, perfect if you have a friend or family member who is only staying with you for a short period, or if the kids really want a holiday treat - "sleeping" in the games room!
Whilst there are plenty of things to do at the house, including the table tennis table, don't forget to pack your own toys, such as your surf and boogie boards, there is plenty of storage. There is even room in the double carport for your car and the boat or jetski. There is even a hot and cold outdoor shower for you to clean the sand from your toes and the boards and everything else in between!
At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Inverloch is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time. Combined with all of these natural treasures is the charming ambience of a wonderful coastal village full of cafes, restaurants and boutique retailers.
