On the ground floor, you will find two bedrooms as well as the luxurious main bathroom with a separate shower and bath. The ground level also features a large hall that doubles as a second living area and comes equipped with a TV and comfy sofa. This hall also provides rear yard access, making the downstairs area the perfect kids retreat.

The master bedroom and ensuite are located on the upper floor as well as a large, open plan kitchen, dining, living room. This vast space is sure to wow you with its exposed timber beams and highlight windows. The kitchen has been finished with high end stainless steel appliances, while the centrepiece of the living room is a large leather sofa, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. There are also bi-folding glass doors, which open up onto a large outdoor entertaining deck complete with gas BBQ and outdoor setting.
