This beautifully furnished four bedroom home is located on the Surf side of Inverloch within walking distance to the surf beach. Do you need 5 bedrooms? No problems! There is a self contained studio apartment downstairs also available for hire - (Visit Melandy & The Little Gem for more details)
This modern, bright and private home is located close to Inverloch's surf beach and offers wonderful integrated indoor/outdoor living.
With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms this is the perfect place to relax for your next getaway. There are two separate living areas both upstairs and downstairs this home is ideally suited to two families or multiple couples with each group having their own space to enjoy.
Located upstairs is the large master bedroom with its own private balcony and a large master ensuite with deep bath, shower and toilet. The open plan kitchen, living and dining is bright and inviting with plenty of room for everyone. There is a study as well as free WIFI throughout which is available for your use too!
Downstairs consists of the three remaining bedrooms, all with built in robes and a further two bathrooms. The downstairs living area opens out on both sides to two lovely decked areas each with an outdoor setting, one with a BBQ.
Games Room: There is a games shed complete with a pool table, air hockey table, table tennis table and a dart board. Perfect!
Now for the kicker THE LITTLE GEM! On the ground level there is a fully self contained studio apartment which is perfectly suited to your grand parents, or the couple that would like some additional privacy. This unit consists of an open plan kitchen, living and dining area. Beautiful floorboards throughout, a Queen sized bedroom and a large bathroom with a bath, shower and washing machine. Perfect place for a family getaway
hayley mcgill - 8th August 2022Decided to take the kids away for a mini holiday and saw melandy online & the from the pictures it looked amazing and seemed like it would be the perfect place to bring the kids and keep them entertained. Honestly the pictures don't do it enough justice it's absolutely stunning had plenty of space for 2 families and the games room was a winner so we're all the games in the cupboard that they had already planning on staying here again soon & have already recommended it to other friends

Perfect Holiday House for our family
DLB26 - 1st March 2021We stayed for 3 nights, extended family - age range 29 through to 88. The house has everything you might need and has a great layout so everyone has some privacy, 2 living areas, games room in the backyard, two outside sitting areas. The location is private and quiet - it's a fair walk into town but short journey in the car. The athletic members of the family walked into town along the beach. We'll rent this house again, it was just so relaxing and comfortable. Also, very reasonably priced when you consider the quality of the property and how many the house could potentially sleep (there are trundle beds in the kids room) There's even a unit on ground level that is available for an additional charge. Highly recommended...we'll rent this house again, this time for 7 nights!

Perfect for two families
General123 - 10th January 2018This home is perfect for two families. The layout allows everyone to have some space but to come together as well. The property is very well equipped, although a clothes horse would be helpful for drying and airing clothes. We had a fabulous stay here over Dec/Jan and would highly recommend this property. The welcome basket was a lovely and very friendly touch. Would absolutely stay again.
