Whether your visit is for a coastal holiday or a business trip, the property is perfectly set up to cater for solo travellers, couples, families and groups of friends.

This modern scandi coastal styled property is perfectly set up to cater for summer and winter, and features quality appliances and stylish furnishings to ensure your stay is comfortable all year round.

The property features timber flooring, double glazing, fly screens, high ceilings, and crisp white walls that blend with the relaxing coastal styling of the property.

The modern 2 storey townhouse features a well laid out floor plan, with downstairs featuring an open plan modern kitchen equipped with dishwasher, electric fan forced oven, cooktop, microwave and fridge/freezer. Enjoy an informal meal or a morning coffee sitting around the large kitchen stone island bench and make use of the coffee pod machine or coffee bean grinder with plungers provided if you choose to bring your coffee beans or coffee pods. Complimentary coffee pods, tea,
espresso coffee bags, sugar and milk are provided for your first night or morning. The kitchen is equipped with quality cookware and crockery for hassle free cooking and dining and has a large pantry for storing food items. Basic pantry supplies are provided, including salt/pepper, olive oil, balsamic oil, glad wrap, foil & baking paper.

The dining area features a large 6 person oak timber dining table with chairs and a hand made timber bench seat providing plenty of room for a family meal.

The living room features a comfortable 3 person couch, lightweight cushioned timber chairs, versatile foot stools, quality cushions, a split system heating/cooling unit and a large 55inch smart television. Enjoy complimentary unlimited WIFI to stay connected, watch Netflix or download your own streaming app to the television.

A front loader washing machine and clothes dryer are located downstairs, along with a powder room. An iron, ironing board, and clothes airer are also provided.

Outside features 3 separate areas, incorporating a covered outdoor space with 6 seater table, a separate BBQ area and an additional area with 2 sun lounges to enjoy the morning or afternoon sun. The large BBQ with grill and hot plate will cater for a large family cook up. BBQ foil trays, cooking utensils and cleaning products are provided.

A handmade children’s table with stools provides a place for the young ones to sit and enjoy. A cold water hosing station provides a convenient place to wash sandy feet, surfboards and bathers after a day at the beach. The back yard is securely fenced, providing a safe and secure space for all to relax
and enjoy.

The property has a carport and an additional car park space beside the townhouse. Leave the car at the property and enjoy an easy walk to town or the beach.

Upstairs comprises three spacious and comfortable bedrooms for a peaceful night’s sleep. The master bedroom features block out blinds and sheer curtains, a split system, queen size bed, floor to ceiling built in wardrobe, full length mirror and ensuite with plenty of cupboard space and a walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom features a queen size bed, block out blinds, remote controlled ceiling fan and a floor to ceiling built in wardrobe. The 3rd bedroom which has been styled in neutral tones to
cater for children or adults features a modern bunk bed, block out blinds and can sleep 2 guests.

Commercial grade bed linen, plush bathroom towels including bath and hand towels, bathmats and face washers are included. Complimentary guest soaps are provided.

Quality blankets are provided for extra warmth in winter.

The family bathroom comprises of shower over bath, large vanity unit with mirror and plenty of storage and a separate toilet.

Infants and children are catered for with a highchair, board games, bean bags, children’s cutlery comprising of plates, bowls and drinking ware, along with a safe and secure flat backyard for the kids to enjoy. Child safety is catered for with a retractable baby gate at the top of the stairs.

This property adheres to covid safe cleaning requirements, including sanitizing of all high touch areas. All bedding and towels are washed at a minimum of 60 degrees Celsius.
