As you walk through the front door, you will be met with a grand hallway off which you will find all four bedrooms. The master, located at the front of the property, features a queen bed, sitting area, walk in robe and ensuite with shower and toilet. Of the other three bedrooms, two have queen beds and the third has two single beds and two trundles. All of the remaining three bedrooms have built in robes.
Towards the back of the property, you will find the large, open-plan kitchen/lounge/dining room with high ceilings and windows on three sides that allow the sunlight to stream in. The kitchen has an electric oven and separate cooktop, stainless steel fridge, dishwasher and deep double sink. There is also a large island with seating for four, as well as a butlers pantry with a second fridge and sink as well as a microwave and toaster.
Opposite the kitchen is the dining area with a large eight seater table and either side of this are two sitting areas. The main lounge area hosts two three seater couches, a flat screen TV, DVD and stereo, while the other has multiple chairs.
Outside, there is a large back deck with ample seating, including a six seater outdoor setting, six additional outdoor chairs and four lounges as well as a gas BBQ. There is also a sitting area at the side deck.
At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Inverloch is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time. Combined with all of these natural treasures is the charming ambience of a wonderful coastal village full of cafes, restaurants and boutique retailers.

Great house located at Surf beach end at Inverloch .All comforts and ammenities required including there pet friendly policy allowing our little furry family members to come on our holiday .

Good size home but lacking a lot of items at this price point. No wifi, no dryer, no towel rails, no toilet roll holders, no soap holders. Garden overgrown at rear. Had no hot water for a day due to gas bottle being empty and having no reserve bottle on site. Also only one key issued making it inconvenient for all. A shame as size of home is good and location is excellent but perhaps needs a little more attention given. Real estate agent we’re very prompt and excellent to deal with.
