Walk upstairs to see the bright open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Tastefully decorated, the living area contains a flat screen TV, a reverse cycle air conditioner and opens out onto a deck and balcony area where you will hear the waves and smell the fresh sea air. The master bedroom, also located upstairs offers a modern queen bed and a large ensuite. The ensuite is light and bright and provides a shower, vanity and toilet. The remaining two bedrooms are located downstairs with another queen room and a tri bunk room. Both feature their own split systems.
The single lock up garage provides secure storage for your jetski, surfboards, bikes or any other beach gear. For added convenience, a laundry is located at the end of the hallway, complete with a washing machine and clothes drying rack. A rear door opens directly to the private backyard, which includes a deck which is perfect for relaxing or entertaining on warm summer evenings.
