Featuring three bedrooms this house comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. The Scandinavian styled open plan living, kitchen and dining area is light and bright with a large reverse cycle heating/cooling.
After a hard day at the beach, return to the property and listen to your favourite music using the Sonos wireless speaker system provided, whilst cooking a family meal on the BBQ and enjoy the serenity that the large garden with north facing aspect has to offer.
The garden is fully fenced, which provides a safe area for the whole family to play. The property also offers a newly built large deck area with BBQ for you to use during your stay and with ample space for off-street parking and a safe space for all of your surfboards, boats and jet skis.
The bedrooms are serviced by a family bathroom with a step in bath and shower, large vanity and a separate toilet. The laundry provides a washing machine and dryer.
At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Inverloch is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time. Combined with all of these natural treasures is the charming ambience of a wonderful coastal village full of cafes, restaurants and boutique retailers.

Kate Littlehales - 19th April 2022Great proximity to surf beach and kiosk. Spacious and adequate. Great deck. Would have liked to see a bit more child friendly: plastic/melamine crockery, less visible power cords and power boards. Could use a spray- lots of spiderwebs upon arrival Wifi did not work for us after multiple attempts- not a draw back as we were out most of the weekend. Could simplify the TV Netflix service by getting an Apple TV rather than streaming through chrome cast- overly complicated
