Sleeping up to 10 guests, the home offers a Queen bed and Double bed across the two upstairs bedrooms, two bunk beds in the ground floor bedroom, plus an additional Queen bed in the downstairs multipurpose room.
On entry, you’ll find the spacious multipurpose room, providing the perfect space for children to play, relax and unwind. Upstairs, the air conditioned open-plan living area is designed for everyone to come together. The large north facing deck is perfect for soaking up the sunshine, while the private rear deck features a BBQ and outdoor dining table, an ideal spot for a relaxed dinner.
The well equipped kitchen includes electric cooking, a dishwasher and pod coffee machine, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. There is a main bathroom and separate toilet upstairs, with an additional laundry/bathroom downstairs.
The fully fenced yard provides added privacy and security, while the property offers ample covered parking with plenty of space for your boat, trailer or other beach gear. An outdoor shower is also available, making it easy to rinse off sandy feet and boards after a day at the beach.
At just 2 hours and 15 minutes from central Melbourne, Venus Bay is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With a stunning patrolled surf beach and quiet inlet just a short distance away it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time.
