Situated at the front of the home is a relaxed and well-appointed lounge area, with beautiful modern furniture and is adjacent to both the Queen & King bedrooms. Both rooms are beautifully decorated and the King bedroom offers a large walk in robe and ensuite, with a shower & toilet.

The kitchen with its large 900mm oven and gas cooktop, will entice even the amateur chef to cook up a feast to be enjoyed by all, around the large tastefully restored dining table. There are 2 additional lounge areas, one with a large modular couch and big screen TV, the other more suited to a quiet reading area or kid's playroom.

The remaining two bedrooms have 2 sets of single bunks sleeping 8 in each room, they are bright, funky and serviced by the main bathroom which includes a spa bath, shower and separate toilet. The laundry is fully functional with a washing machine and dryer.

The private fully fenced yard with BBQ can be enjoyed with ball games, sunbathing or sitting under the shade sail.

At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Inverloch is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time. The house was great for size with plenty of room .great value but could have been maintained better

However we did have some complaints and we reported them.pantry was not clean inside.a few noodles on the floor,hot tap in main bathroom was loose in the shower,bbq was not clean so could not use it,a table leg was completely off a small table,the basin in ensuite was blocked and full of gunk and the queen bed wasn’t attached on one side,luckily the bed was We found a few faults with the house and we did report them.the pantry was not clean and a few noodles were on the floor just outside t

the house is new, big and clean. If we have one more garbage bags and toilet rolls, that will be perfect. All in all, a good place to stay and we enjoyed it.
