Surrounded by beautiful gardens and native gum trees, if you spend some time in the fully fenced yard, you might be lucky enough to spot the koalas that like to visit here. And why wouldn't you want to be outside with this huge covered outdoor entertainment and BBQ area on offer?

Through the front door, you walk into the first of three living spaces, with an open plan kitchen/dining, it is a perfect space for the family to enjoy a meal together. There is also plenty of room for the kids to branch out and chill in their own living room, while the adults relax and enjoy a wine in front of the wood fire in the living room at the rear of the property. The main bedroom has a Queen size bed, and a split system for year-round comfort. The remaining bedrooms contain another Queen in one bedroom, and two sets of single bunks in the other.
The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, double door oven and dining for up to 8 guests.
There is one bathroom at the property with a shower, and a separate toilet for convenience.
At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Inverloch is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time. Combined with all these natural treasures is the charming ambience of a wonderful coastal village full of cafes, restaurants and boutique retailers.

Exceptional - comfortable holiday home Inverloch
kerrie Sookun - 8th April 2022Stylish and comfortable stay on the surf-side of Inverloch with an easy walk to beach nearby and the town’s shopping precinct and cafes only 4 min by car or 25 min stroll on foot. Loved this house with its colourful touches and all the creature comforts of home. Wonderful undercover entertaining back deck overlooking native trees. Easy to relax with everything we needed at our finger tips. We appreciated being away from the hustle and bustle.
Gorgeous house in fab location
Bee - 7th April 2021This holiday house is by far the most gorgeous house I have stayed in with every luxury and feature you would be looking for in a holiday rental. They have thought of including everything you can imagine you need plus it is located in the exact spot you would think it should be. The outdoor deck space was our fave as well as the lovely canara fireplace.

Tara - 10th March 2021My partner and I stayed here last weekend with our 4 month old son and it was just beautiful! The house was spotless and had everything you'd ever need and more. Everything was so comfortable, we honestly felt at home instantly. We would highly recommend this property, next time we will bring some more family members to enjoy it with. Even the collection of keys etc was such a smooth, easy process. Very happy!
Everything you need in a Beach House
Libby - 6th February 2020We had a Wonderfull stay at Rest Ashored. The house was spotless, well maintained and catered well for families with many books, games etc. The huge deck area was wonderful for meals, gathering the family and just for having downtime outside amongst nature. I Would Highly recommend this property as the owners went over and beyond in making our stay comfortable. We are very appreciative for them letting us bring our little pooch as he too had a wonderful time down the beach.
What a great place
Andrew - 8th January 2020We stayed 28 December to 6 January 2020. We arrived hoping the place would be good. We weren't disappointed. Everything was clean, tidy and in excellent condition. Heating and cooling were sensational. Plenty of natural light and ventilation. Three separate living rooms meant kids and adults were never on top of each other. But we spent much of our time on the large covered deck with two big ceiling fans. A nice touch was milk, tea and coffee left for us and plenty of household things to make our stay more than comfortable. We absolutely loved it.
