With stunning bay views from the upstairs balcony, this property is for holidaymakers who appreciate the highest level of facilities and attention to detail. Featuring four bedrooms and two bathrooms this townhouse has ample amount of space for up to eight guests. Linen and towels are not provided so please contact our office for linen hire.

Downstairs consists of three bedrooms all a great size and a large bathroom with a bath and shower. The laundry contains a washing machine, dryer and plenty of storage space.

Upstairs consists of a large master bedroom with a walk in robe, modern ensuite and sliding doors opening out onto a large sun filled deck. There is a large open plan living/kitchen and dining area. It is easy to take in the ocean views thanks to large sliding doors which open out onto a large balcony with a BBQ and outdoor setting. Are you picturing the wonderful sea breezes flowing through on those balmy summer nights.

The living room features a Large comfy couch, TV and DVD with reverse cycle heating. Perfect for those days that aren't so warm outside. The stylish kitchen is fit for a chef and has everything you need and more! Including a microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster and gas cooktop. There is a convenient powder room upstairs.

There is a grassed yard out the front which is fully fenced and perfect for children to play and a lock up garage to keep your car.

At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Inverloch is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time. Combined with all of these natural treasures is the charming ambience of a wonderful coastal village full of cafes, restaurants and boutique retailers.

Great house in a fabulous location close to the shops and beach. A few issues with cleanliness such as finding a dirty bandaid between couch cushions, dryers lint filter was full and had to wipe out pantry shelves and fridge before using them. A clothes airer to dry clothes that can’t go in the dryer on wet days would have been all I would add. The house is very comfortable, kitchen was well equipped and nice touches like board games and cards to keep the kids amused on wet days. in

Great house but not what is advertised

The home is great, position is fantastic and we enjoyed our stay. Having said that, the accomodation is advertised as having Queen beds in three of the four bedrooms, and in two of those bedrooms an additional single bed. This wasn’t the case when we arrived - there was a Queen bed in one bedroom and double beds in the other two rooms. There were no additional single beds in any room. The final room is set up as a lounge/play room with assumingly a sofa/pull out bed in one of the couches. It didn’t affect our stay as we are a small family however, if you plan on staying here with more than two adults, it may not be as roomy or comfortable as you bargain for.
