Description

Welcome to your ideal beachside escape in the heart of Inverloch! Park your car securely in the double garage and step onto the ground floor of this modern two story townhouse. Downstairs, you'll find two well appointed bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a tri bunk, both featuring built in robes and wall panel heaters for year round comfort. The ground floor also includes a central bathroom with a shower and toilet, plus a fully equipped laundry with a washing machine and dryer. At the rear, a private courtyard provides the ideal spot to hang out your wetsuits to dry and enjoy a peaceful space of your own.

Upstairs, natural light floods the spacious open plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area which is a welcoming space for everyone to come together after a day at the beach. The kitchen features modern appliances including an electric oven and cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and a Breville coffee machine. Gather around the dining table with seating for eight, or enjoy casual meals at the breakfast bar, which seats four. The adjacent lounge area offers multiple comfortable couches, a flat screen TV, DVD player and a stereo for relaxed evenings in.

Also, on the upper floor there are two additional bedrooms. One with a queen bed, and the other with a tri bunk and a single bed. Both rooms have built in robes and access to a balcony overlooking the courtyard. The queen bedroom also enjoys semi ensuite access to the main bathroom, which includes a shower, bath and toilet. A second balcony extends from the lounge and featuring an outdoor seating and dining area, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening BBQ meal in the fresh air.

Excellent location!!!! The place needs a good clean, had everything we needed for our stay, upstairs bedrooms could have heaters like the downstairs ones as the rooms were quite cold even with the reverse cycle heater going in the living area

Had a good layout for big family or 2 small families but bed mattresses were not comfortable at all and patio furniture was run down and dirty you just didn’t want to sit on it saying that with a few updates on that stuff could bring it back to life. Just needs a bit of time and money to bring it up to 5 stars

A weekend stay to have a break. Comfortable but little attention to detail. The bbq had not been cleaned got some time and there were cobwebs on the window. The outside appearance was covered in cobwebs and leaves. W Despite this we would return as the other features out way the above.
