Description

Scarborough Serenity is a recently renovated, modern, and light-filled beachside home located in one of Inverloch’s most sought-after positions. Just a 1-minute walk from the town’s vibrant main street, with boutique shops, cafes, and restaurants and only 2 minutes from the Inlet beach and Rainbow Park, this is truly the heart of Inverloch living.

Step inside to discover a spacious, open-plan layout designed for relaxation and entertaining.
The large, fully equipped kitchen flows effortlessly into the dining and living area and out onto a private alfresco deck with ocean views, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors or unwinding with a drink.

The home features three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, including a luxurious spa bath to soak away the day.
A gas log fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere in winter, ideal for curling up with a book or watching a movie on the flat-screen TV. In summer, the south-facing aspect and abundance of windows allow fresh sea breezes to naturally cool the home, supported by a split system air conditioner for year-round comfort.

At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Inverloch is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time. Combined with all of these natural treasures is the charming ambience of a wonderful coastal village full of cafes, restaurants and boutique retailers.

LOVED THIS HOUSE!

Teresa Lodge - 18th January 2023

We LOVED our stay in this house! Location is awesome with everything in walking distance, close to town beach and parks. Very clean on arrival, with comfy couches and beds, loved the spa bath! We also loved the big back yard for our dog. We had an AMAZING time and hope we can stay again next year!

Close to everything

We stayed with 2 families and a pet. We had a ver comfortable stay.

Not for young families in summer

Harry - 3rd February 2020

Positives- The house was quite clean and the location amazing. Large backyard which also allowed for pets. Negatives- While we knew there was no aircon we went ahead with booking as property manager assured us that even in hot weather, the windows allow the sea breeze to flow through and cool the house down. This was not the case! The house became a hot box for 2 days during the heat. While there are many windows, they are the wind out ones that barely open! We have 2 young babies so would never have gone ahead with booking had we known we would swelter. Also be aware, all bedrooms run off main open plan living space so hard if young children/babies sleeping throughout the day. Also the website states 2 queen beds but one is definitely a double and possibly the second one is as well. Overall sadly would not return to stay.

Serenity at its best!
