Recently updated with modern/retro styling, this large four-bedroom home accommodates 8, this property is sure to impress. The 2 queen rooms overlook the garden, and the master has an ensuite with a shower and toilet. The remaining bedrooms, all with built-in robes consist of 2 x Single beds & a Double futon. The main bathroom includes a full-size bath, shower and separate toilet. Functional laundry with a washing machine and undercover clothesline is also a bonus.
With a huge outdoor undercover area, you will enjoy entertaining all year round. The hot/cold outdoor shower will be a blessing after a day at the beach, especially to rinse the sand off the dogs! Whether you've been out fishing or walking the dog, there is enough space for everyone to congregate and cook up a feast in privacy.
The Kitchen has all the mod cons with gas cooking and a dishwasher. The dining room is light and bright and extends through to the fabulous outdoor entertaining area.
The lounge area is light and bright with 2 x modern lounge suits, the perfect space to indulge the FREE WIFI and watch a movie or chill out in the sitting area, for a quiet read or game of chess. Pets are Allowed inside, but not on beds. As this is a pet friendly property, please ensure that you are a pet lover.

Great place to stay with dogs
Kath D - 10th July 2022Inverloch and this house is a great place to visit and stay. The yard is well fenced for your porches too, and providing sheets to cover the lounges was a nice touch. Comfortable, clean and a good location. Would come back.

Great House and Area
Linda - 6th April 2018Spent Easter there with the family and it was wonderful. Great spacious house, everything we needed and beautifully clean. The outside area is great. The house is in a nice quiet court. Only an easy 5 min walk to the beach. Totally recommend and hopefully will visit it again
