Located on the sought after surf side of town is this fully fenced family home. When the kids are sick of playing outside or at the beach they can relax in the downstairs lounge fully equipped with TV and board games. Downstairs also features a spacious bathroom and 2 bedrooms.

Upstairs has a more sophisticated lounge area with an open plan living/dining area in addition to a well appointed kitchen featuring dishwasher and all modern appliances. The master bedroom is also situated upstairs and has its own private ensuite.

The features do not end there, the property also includes reverse cycle air-conditioning both up and downstairs to keep everyone comfortable during the summer months, a large entertaining deck for the family BBQ and a short walk to the patrolled surf beach.

Please note the lock-up garage is not available for guest use. The property is let WITHOUT linen. Guests must supply their own sheets, towels, pillowslips and tea towels.
