This well-equipped home has a large, modern kitchen with dishwasher, gas cooking and ample stone bench tops. Open plan living and dining areas are serviced by split system heating and cooling and provide the perfect place to unwind.
The spacious adjoining balcony also allows guests to relax taking in the stunning sea views whilst reading a book or having a glass of wine!
The property also comprises four bedrooms, including a master with ensuite, a family bathroom and convenient separate laundry complete with a washer and dryer.
Parking is also provided in the driveway and an arcade basketball hoop is in the downstairs living area to keep the kids happy!

Amelia Ferguson - 7th November 2022Beautiful house and beautiful location- just across the road from the beach! The house was perfect for a weekend away- fitting 3 couple and a baby. A little bit old / the main oven didn’t work, a few stains on the carpets, and holes in the wall. But we really enjoyed our weekend and the house was very comfortable.
