Located on the surf side of town, this stylish and modern holiday home is sure to impress any holidaymaker with its bright and light atmosphere.
This well-designed home offers a large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. A functional kitchen with gas cooking, dishwasher and coffee machine. The large breakfast bench with 6 stools will be no doubt the central meeting point for all.
The dining and living space is brought to life at night with the gas log fire, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The split system air conditioner in the second living area and ceiling fans are a bonus during the scorching summer days. When the sun is shining, you can open the sliding doors which take you out onto a large deck, the undercover area hosts a ceiling fan and a large outdoor table and chairs which overlooks the naturally landscaped grasslands.
Two bedrooms offer Queen beds, one with an ensuite comprising of a shower and toilet. The third bedroom has two King single beds and adjoins the second living area. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans for added comfort. The main bathroom includes a bath and shower and there is also an additional powder room with a toilet. There is a large laundry with a washer machine.
At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Inverloch is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time. Combined with all of these natural treasures is the charming ambience of a wonderful coastal village full of cafes, restaurants and boutique retailers.

Lovely house
Sue Hegan - 11th January 2023The property was clean and modern and only a short walk to the surf beach. It was well equipped and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed having 2 living areas, both with smart TV's. The outdoor shower (with hot water) was also handy when returning from the beach.
Lovely house
Jo - 7th February 2021House is great. A few issues with rain, leaking aircon and mould smell near garage door but a big entertaining kitchen and lounge area. Gas log fire (in February!) was great. No door to ensuite bathroom/toilet which was a shame.
Modern, spacious and comfortable
James - 9th December 2020At late notice we needed to book a house in Inverloch rather than stay in a tent at Big4 due to the weather forecast. We didn't end up with any regrets. Curled up on the couch near the fire watching a movie was a very comfortable vantage point for the 80kmh wind and freezing rain outside. There's plenty enough room here that if you don't want to see the kids for a bit you won't have to. We'd come back for sure.
Large & Comfortable
CB1940 - 23rd April 2019A large house located a short walk to the main beach, and 5 minutes drive to the centre of Inverloch. Comfortable inside with two living/sleeping areas. Great for two adults or a family.
Awesome family getaway
Johann - 4th April 2018Lovely home that is well appointed and laid out for a family. Modern, clean and welcoming - a short enjoyable stroll to the beach. Sadly not real close to town, but it didnt detract too much. Would like e to return and enjoy in the future.
