Being only 500m from the water, you will be able to select from a few different paths to follow down to the sand and waves of the beautiful surf coast of Inverloch. This home is found in the green and leafy Veronica Street, giving you plenty of options for your day's adventures. Pack a picnic and walk to the park, walk to local shops or cafes for some yummy food or retail therapy, soak up the sunshine at the beach or even just stay at home and cook up a BBQ while everyone plays in the fully fenced yard. The choice is yours.

Inside this home away from home, you will find the living area to your left featuring a comfy leather couch, smart TV and split system for heating and cooling. There is also a pool table tucked around the corner for a bit of fun! The open plan kitchen, and indoor and outdoor living spaces are opposite the entrance and provide a great view of the backyard and BBQ area.

The three large bedrooms, bathroom and laundry are all located at the other end of the home, offering privacy and comfort. Bedroom 1 contains a Queen bed with access to the main bathroom, Bedroom 2 has 2 x Single beds, and Bedroom 3 contains a Queen. For convenience, the toilet is separate from the main bathroom.
