The secure backyard makes a safe space for the children to play.

A second living room makes the ideal kids space to hangout, particularly with the inclusion of the table tennis table, surely, there will be family competition as to who can win the most games, adults v kids even?

Each bedroom offers a built in robe and ceiling fans, they are serviced by the main bathroom, with a bath and separate toilet.
