The house is centrally located just 200 metres from the shores of the Inlet beaches, including the dog friendly off leash area, perfect as this beach house welcomes your pet to come away and relax with you. A leisurely walk will take you into the heart of Inverloch and the lively hub surrounding the A'Beckett Street precinct, including the boutique shops and the abundant eateries, as well as the local footy oval, home to the annual summer carnival.

Offering amazing views of Anderson Inlet from the second story, the home delivers numerous spaces for you to sit back, relax and enjoy the slow paced life of beachside living. From enjoying a BBQ on the lower back deck, overlooking the kids enjoying playing a game of cricket or footy in the large backyard to soaking up the views and smell of the ocean from the large deck off the air conditioned master bedroom.

Downstairs, you are treated to the main living area complete with a fireplace, the perfect place to sit and enjoy a glass of red by the fire, whilst listening to the rain fall on the tin roof. The well-equipped kitchen offers electric cooking facilities and a much desired dishwasher! The dining and an additional sitting area adjoins the kitchen and a split system air conditioner provides for year round comfort.

The floorplan of the home cleverly allows for the accommodation to be entirely upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 7 people in 2 queen beds and 1 tri bunk.
