Description
This home is also fitted with three reverse cycle air conditioners in each living area to keep the whole family toasty on those winter nights but cool and refreshed on those beautiful summer days.
You will find all the bedrooms on the bottom level of the property. The master suite/parents retreat is complete with a Queen bed, ceiling fan and private ensuite. The lounge off the master can form either part of the master suite or it can be enjoyed with the entire family complete with a TV and DVD player. The next two spacious bedrooms have double beds in them.
The last two bedrooms have two sets of bunks in each and a ceiling fan in each. There is also a kids retreat attached, where there will be hours of fun to be had. The kid's retreat has couches, beanbags, a TV and an Xbox.
Also located on the lower level is the main bathroom with a shower and separate bath. There is a separate toilet for convenience. The laundry which contains a washing machine and dryer is also located on this level.
Upstairs you will find the open plan, recently renovated kitchen, living and dining space complete with an 8-seater dining setting as well as a dishwasher. There is a wrap around deck off the dining area which offers water views and a gas BBQ for outdoor dining.
