Thoughtfully designed across multiple areas and levels, the main living, kitchen and dining spaces are located upstairs alongside three bedrooms, featuring two queen beds and one double bed. This spacious upper level also hosts the main bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower, separate bathtub and toilet, making it a well-appointed space for families and groups travelling together.

The open-plan living area provides a welcoming space to relax, offering stylish furnishings and plenty of natural light. For year-round comfort, the main living area features a wall-mounted split-system for heating and cooling, complemented by hydronic heating throughout the upstairs bedrooms and living spaces. When it’s time to unwind, enjoy the convenience of Wi-Fi and a Smart TV.
Stepping directly from the living area, the spacious upper deck overlooks the fully fenced yard and provides a natural extension of the home, with plenty of room to relax, dine outdoors and enjoy the fresh Inverloch air.
The modern kitchen is well equipped with an oven, cooktop, dishwasher, coffee pod machine, kettle and toaster, along with a generous selection of crockery, cutlery and cooking essentials.
Exit the main house and follow the exterior pathway to the spacious master suite, located separately from the main home. Enter through its own private door to discover this peaceful, tucked away room on the lower level, offering added privacy and a quiet space to relax. Featuring a king-sized bed and seating area, the suite has its own private ensuite with a walk-in shower and toilet, along with a unique built-in pull-out sauna. Conveniently located adjacent to the master suite is the laundry, complete with a washing machine and dryer.
The spacious lower deck is the place to gather and enjoy your time at The Nest on Lohr, with everything you need for relaxed outdoor entertaining. Choose between the 4-burner BBQ or dual-fuel pizza oven for an easy meal, then settle in around the outdoor fireplace as the evening cools. The standout feature is the outdoor bath, offering the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the fresh coastal air.
With two dedicated parking spaces, The Nest on Lohr offers the perfect combination of space, comfort and convenience. Please note, there is no garage at property.
