Description
Situated directly across from Inverloch's main park and inlet beach and a lazy five minute walk to town, this wonderful property is ideal for you to enjoy everything that Inverloch has to offer. This property is a two storey unit with stairs. Main living upstairs and bedrooms, bathroom etc downstairs.
The Sails 8 - Linen & Wifi Included in Central Location.
Located at the front of The Sails complex, you can park your car off road right next to the front door. Through the front door, you will walk into the main hallway, off of which you will find a laundry with washer and dryer with a separate toilet directly to your left the main bathroom and both bedrooms further down.
Both bedrooms feature a queen sized bed with linen and towels included, as well as access to a covered, private outdoor sitting area. The main bathroom can be accessed from both the master bedroom and main hallway and comes with a shower over the relaxing spa bath as well as a vanity and toilet.
Upstairs, feel at home in the light, open plan kitchen/dining/lounge room with balconies off of both the front and the back. On one side of the room, the large kitchen area has ample cupboard space, an electric oven and a separate gas cooktop as well as a microwave. Next to the kitchen is a six seater table, so there is plenty of room for all guests. On the other side of the area, there are multiple couches, flat screen TV as well as a lounge chair for ultimate relaxation.
The north facing decks provide lovely warm sunshine in winter and the close proximity to the beach means lovely sea breezes to keep you cool in summer on the back deck there is an additional outdoor setting as well as a Webber BBQ. There is also a second, communal BBQ in The Sails complex.
At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Inverloch is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time. Combined with all of these natural treasures is the charming ambience of a wonderful coastal village full of cafes, restaurants and boutique retailers.

We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay at this fantastic property, the apartments in this complex are all set out so that you can enjoy the space privately and it makes for a quite space right in the heart of town. The Landscape gardener who set out the beautiful gardens loves a good rock.

Fabulous place to stay
Susu - 11th March 2021Clean and comfortable. Plenty of room indoors and out - two private furnished balconies, one with BBQ. Beds were comfortable, appreciated the extra toilet in the laundry. Location was amazing - 5 minutes walk to both the beach and the centre of town. I was impressed by what was provided: tea, coffee, condiments, serviettes, glad wrap, books, DVDs and games. If I have to find something that could be improved, the towels were scratchy. There is no wi-fi at this property.
