Within a short 5-minute stroll, you’ll find Dirty Three Winery and Bluette on Bear Café and Restaurant. A little further, Inverloch’s buzzing cafes, beautiful beaches, leafy parks, and coastal reserves are all at your fingertips. Affordable, pet-friendly, and welcoming up to 6 guests, this is the ideal base for families or friends looking for a relaxing coastal getaway.
Set on a large block with a safe, fully fenced backyard, children and furry friends can play freely while adults unwind on the expansive back deck. This undercover space provides a year-round retreat, perfect for outdoor dining, reading, or simply soaking up the coastal air.
The cottage features three welcoming bedrooms. The master includes a queen bed, split system heating/cooling, and a cozy, vintage egg chair that makes the perfect nook for curling up with a good book. A second bedroom also offers a queen bed with bright retro touches, while the third bedroom at the rear of the house provides two single beds, and flat-screen TV, making it perfect for kids or extra guests.
One of the standout spaces is the sunroom—a true retro gem. Complete with an original bar, four stylish vintage lounge chairs, and a record player, it’s the ultimate place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the holiday vibe.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a gas cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher. Adjacent sits a funky retro dining table with views over the backyard. Original glass sliding doors connect to a cozy lounge furnished with plush seating, a large flat-screen TV, DVD player, and air-conditioning.
A separate laundry and toilet adjoin the sunroom, while the bathroom retains its quaint original charm with a pedestal sink and shower-over-bath.

Great Family Stay
Kirsten - 23rd January 2021Cute little holiday house, well maintained, and lovely outdoor deck and back garden. Kids loved the outdoor shower and looking at the moon through the telescope. Nice retro touches. Would have loved to be able to open the front bedroom windows to let the breeze through, but they were stuck. No Wifi but we knew that before we booked. Had a lovely time. Would stay again.
Nice old fashioned cottage
Frank - 29th October 2019Disappointed that it wasn’t “coastal”. It was underwhelming upon arrival but after a day or two it was a nice quiet old fashioned town cottage with everything we needed and nothing we didn’t, overall it was a great holiday. Thank you
Great family holiday
Claire - 12th April 2018This cottage was a perfect home away from home during our stay at Inverloch. There was plenty of room for everyone and a certain charm that made us all relax as soon as we opened the door. With lots of games, footballs and some cooking basics it was a welcome place to stay. If I was being picky I would say that the shower needs some pressure but if we plan a return trip to Inverloch this would not be enough to stop me booking this gorgeous cottage again. We had a wonderful time and hope to return.
