WOODINGDEAN - PET FRIENDLY

Downstairs features two of four bedrooms and a combined laundry/bathroom. There is a sunny reading nook for those keen readers. It is the perfect spot for resting and reading without being too excluded from the rest of the home. If chess is more your style, Woodingdean has you covered with a small chess station set up under the stairs.

To keep the teenagers entertained there is a large rumpus room with a TV, play station console, stereo, pool table, bean bags and comfy couches.

Upstairs features the remaining two bedrooms both with doors opening onto the front deck and the master with an ensuite, and a third bathroom with a shower and toilet. The kitchen, living and dining areas open out onto an expansive north facing deck complete with an undercover outdoor kitchen and dining area perfect for those balmy summer BBQs! The second deck is south facing with a casual dining set up. There is a wood fire heater to keep you toasty warm throughout the winter and an air conditioner to keep you cool in summer.
